Owner-built, 3000 gallon pond, beautiful views, rainwater collection, koi and goldfish. Accessible. 

This 3000 gallon pond was built quite literally from the ground up using rocks from the property. Duane did all of the construction, electrical, and plumbing, so he has a wealth of information to share with anyone who is interested in constructing their own pond. The process began in 2022 before the house was even started; it was completed, and the first fish were added in the beginning of 2024. The owners love that they can see the pond from all the windows on the back of the home. There are great views of the hills, valley and sky, and the pond provides a calming, grounded feeling, especially when watching the koi and shubunkins while listening to the sound of the waterfalls.
