Austin Pond Society

This charming pond & garden is tucked away in the Wild Basin Wilderness area of Westlake Hills. The owner, KT, designed and created her own garden paradise when she hand dug this beautiful 3000 gallon pond and bog.  This lovely pond features crystal clear water, an abundance of bog & pond plants and some very large colorful koi.

KT used the displaced soil to create raised grassy areas and garden beds.The new water feature, wisteria archways and sectioned gardens have hosted all manor of birds and wildlife, including the birth of a fawn!
