Each visitor over 12 will require a ticket. Once you register online, you will get a receipt for your payment and a ticket. Please keep the receipt and/or the ticket in print or digital format. At the day of the Pond Tour, present your ticket or receipt at your first Pond, to get a wrist band. This wrist band will be your your pass for both days of the tour.
Kids 12 and under are free. Pets are not allowed on the Tour. No refunds.
